🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

(Local & Overseas Fulfillment)

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on mintyourway.com are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.

This policy applies primarily to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, but may also apply to other destinations where available.


1. Fulfillment Model

Local Warehouse Priority
Where inventory is available, orders are generally fulfilled from the nearest available local warehouse (US / UK / EU) to the delivery address to provide faster transit times and domestic delivery services.

Overseas / Factory Direct Fulfillment
If a local warehouse is out of stock, or if the product is made-to-order (POD) or customized, the order will be fulfilled from an overseas facility and may require customs clearance.

Mixed Shipments
Items within the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations (local and/or overseas). This may result in multiple tracking numbers and different delivery dates.
No additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.


2. Processing & Production Time

  • Local warehouse stock:
    Orders placed before 18:00 (local warehouse time) on business days are usually processed and handed over to the carrier on the same day or the next business day.

  • Overseas stock:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • POD / Custom items:
    Production generally takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Processing times may be extended during public holidays, severe weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

A. Local Warehouse → Domestic Delivery (No Customs)

  • United States: 2–5 business days (USPS / UPS / FedEx)

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days (Royal Mail / DPD or equivalent)

  • European Union: 2–6 business days (DHL / DPD / GLS or equivalent)

B. Overseas / Factory Direct (Cross-border Shipping)

  • United States / Canada: 7–15 business days

  • European Union / United Kingdom: 7–20 business days

Express shipping (available in select regions):
3–7 business days (fees shown at checkout)

All delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on carrier operations and tracking updates.


4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping (If Applicable)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/volume, fulfillment origin, and carrier rates.

Optional free shipping thresholds may apply, such as:

  • US domestic orders over a specified amount qualifying for free standard shipping

  • UK / EU domestic orders over a specified amount qualifying for free standard shipping

Cross-border shipments, remote areas, or express services may be excluded. Final eligibility is displayed at checkout.

There are no additional fees for split shipments.


5. Taxes, VAT & Customs Duties

  • Local warehouse deliveries:
    Orders are generally tax-inclusive and customs-free.

  • Cross-border shipments:
    If VAT, duties, or import taxes are not pre-collected at checkout, they may be charged by the carrier prior to delivery (DDU or DDP as indicated at checkout).

Failure to pay applicable taxes or assist with customs clearance may result in delivery delays, returns, or additional charges, which may be borne by the buyer.

This section does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.


6. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate.

PO boxes, military addresses, and remote locations may not be eligible for express services or may require longer delivery times.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:

  • Arrange reshipment (additional reshipping fees may apply), or

  • Handle the order in accordance with our Return Policy.


7. Tracking, Delays & Lost Parcels

  • Tracking numbers are provided within 24–72 hours after dispatch.

  • If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery time without updates, please contact our customer support. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate.

  • Lost parcels:
    If there is no tracking update for more than 30 business days after the last carrier scan, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

  • Damaged or missing items:
    Please report within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos or videos as evidence.


8. Stockouts & Pre-orders

If local inventory is unavailable, the system may automatically switch to overseas fulfillment or place the item on pre-order.

Estimated dispatch dates will be displayed on the product page or communicated via order confirmation or notification emails.


9. Returns & Return Addresses

For quality issues, incorrect items, or missing items, return shipping costs are covered by us.

All other cases are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Return addresses depend on the fulfillment origin:

  • Items shipped from local warehouses are usually returned to a local facility in the same country or region.

  • Items shipped from overseas facilities or POD products may require special return procedures.

Please contact Customer Support before returning any item to obtain the correct return address.
